Veronika Skala is originally from San Francisco, California, holds a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

As a 10-time California State Champion and 3-time AAU National Champion, she brings wealth of experience and discipline to her 10-year career in the fitness industry.

Her coaching style blends nurturing support with discipline, drawing on her martial arts background. She believes in a holistic approach, ensuring your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Her aim is to make personal training enjoyable and effective, helping you reach your fitness goals with patience and consistency.

Outside the studio, she loves spending time with her fiancé and friends, hiking, reading, cooking, and baking.

She is passionate about helping you build confidence, develop healthy habits, and become your best self.

Dr. James Morgan is an AHPRA-registered osteopath and exercise therapist with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to enhancing his patients’ health, longevity, and quality of life.

Holding a Master’s degree in Osteopathic Medicine, James combines evidence-based osteopathy with a focus on movement, strength, and cardiovascular health to support well-being at every stage of life. James’ approach centres on empowering his patients with knowledge and personalised care, encouraging a proactive approach to wellness.

Get to Know Mel

Mel brings over a decade of experience as an Accredited Sports Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Comp Prep Coach. Mel is dedicated to helping both men and women achieve successful fat loss without the risk of regaining it, using a simplified approach to fitness and nutrition.

Mel also collaborates with athletes to provide tailored nutrition solutions that enhance performance and recovery. She treats each client as an individual, crafting personalised fitness and nutrition programs that align with their unique needs and goals.

Mel’s impressive personal athletic achievements include winning 2 INBA National Titles and 6 INBA State Titles. She has represented Australia at the WBFF in Dallas and at World Titles in Las Vegas. Additionally, she has participated in Spartan OCR events in Sydney and the Gold Coast Marathon. Currently, Mel is training for the GC50 Ultra Marathon and the 70.3 Ironman in 2025, demonstrating her commitment to both her personal fitness journey and her clients’ success.
