I’ve had an excellent experience at Prestige Personalised Training. The staff are always professional, welcoming, and genuinely supportive, creating a great environment to train in.A special mention to Veronica, who is an outstanding trainer. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive, and she really takes the time to ensure the sessions are effective, safe, and tailored to individual goals. The gym itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped, with everything you need for a high-quality workout. The 24/7 access is also a huge bonus, making it easy to train around a busy schedule. One of my favourite features is the pneumatic compression socks, which are amazing for recovery and helping reduce post-workout DOMS. It’s a great touch that shows the gym really cares about performance and recovery, not just training.Overall, I highly recommend Personalised Prestige Personal Fitness to anyone looking for a professional, well-equipped, and supportive fitness environment.

Achievable and sustainable results. Worth every penny!

Shawn is awesome to work with, professional, personalised and does very early mornings (great for those with little ones)

I have been working with Shawn for around 7 years. Shawn has been not only such an awesome PT and helped me navigate weight loss, fitness and nutrition goals. He also supported me in the counselling role, building me up and encouraging me when my role as business owner and being a mum became overwhelming with stress. Highly recommend Shawn's PT services.
